gosh no
ive been a loyal o2 iphone customer for 2 years now, despite very poor coverage and network issues. Now that the unlimited data plan has been abolished, im hoping that either 3 or vodafone launch a competitive plans so i can leave this dreadful network.

If you think 3 is going to have good coverage, your definitely in for a surprise.

seriously??? i thought 3 were always pretty good. surely their 3g network is better than O2's though? O2's is horrendous, and i always get messages saying network lost every hour or so.

I left o2 for three once... Came screaming back after a year. Never again, worst customer service ever, poor network service in general - most of the time, it just didn't work.
Came back to o2, been tempted to switch but I get always offered decent deals by none-foreign customer service assistants.
Anyway, back on topic...
Anyone planning to go? Is pre-ordering tomorrow or tuesday?

I left 3 Mobile for O2 when the iPhone 3G came out and while signal was good, I was never able to get 3G often, but then it was a crummy nokia 6280
Customer service was awful, more hassle than it was worth

I'm pretty sure everyone who works or has worked for Three know how bad the CS is.
I have quite a few people in my call center who have worked for Three!
But nothing beats there 3G network. Well, in London at least.
