does anyone have any experience with the new 12-inch powerbooks (1.33 ghz w/ 64 vram) powering an external 20-inch al display? i currently own a 12-inch powerbook (1 ghz w/ 512 ram and 32 vram) and have it hooked up to a 19-inch syncmaster lcd. i definitely notice a lag in monitor response when i use both displays (spanning). if, however, i run the powerbook in clamshell mode there are no such delays.
i'm considering passing on my set-up to my girlfriend and investing in the above configuration, but if the lag continues i might consider purchasing a 15-inch powerbook instead.
