hey guys,
i was wondering if an unlocked iphone 3gs 16g is worth 400-450 dollars after the release of the iphone 4 and 3.1.3 unlock pretty soon? thanks

I listed my 36s 16gb unlocked at 400, but no wanted it at that price so I had to lower it to 350 and most people wanted it at 300, but I managed to find somebody to take it for 350. You better sell it soon, as when the 4.0 unlock comes out, unlocked phones wont be at a premium price anymore.

As for me, I won't sell my 3GS (which is already jailbroken on iOS4) until I have my 4th generation iPhone in my hand, activated, jailbroken and I know I am happy with it.

Then the 3GS goes on sale and whatever it brings, it brings. Price is not the issue here, it's satisfaction of features.

After all, isn't that why we upgrade ?

Well it is for me, I'm still looking for a summer job haha. I would love to not sell the 3GS until I got the IPhone 4 to compare it, but oh well.

Shoot, I have a 16gb 3gs 3.1.2 unlocked and I have a guy that wants it for $450 today...but damnit I cant be without a phone for a week...but thats a good amount. Should I sell it now?

for a 16GB, yeah man, 400ish is what the 32GB are going for.

600,000 people pre-ordered the iPhone 4 on the first day.

That's a lot of used 3G and 3GS phones for sale on eBay and Craigslist.
