iPod touch sync question

Should I click the "automatically sync itunes library" or applications box when I'm registering my ipod? I was just wondering because I've heard tell of some issues when connecting ipods to different computers...does this cause that? I'm not sure, maybe I'll just leave it unchecked 🙂...I don't know...Thanks
 
Syncing an iPod can seem confusing sometimes. You can only sync your device to one computer at a time, but if you want to sync it to another computer, authorize that computer (through iTunes) with your Apple ID. You can do this from the Store menu with up to five computers. Once you authorize another computer, you will have an option at sync to transfer iTunes purchases (and most everything else on your iPod) to the new computer.
