Cant preorder because of fan account?

Can't prorder iPhone4 from at&t?

When I click "upgrade elagability" I dont see the iphone 4 listed? is this because of my fan account I recently added?

How can I remove my fan account?

I feel like such an idiot, I just added the fan last week, all the hype about this discount...

Apparently my school gives a 15% discount...

But now I cant remove it... lol HELP...

I've already called AT&T this morning, and we're SOL until Premiere customer support opens at 8AM(not sure what timezone). Here is their number:866-499-8008.

Boy, they really want you to pay for that discount huh? Cause this hurts.

Worth 28% though.
 
FAN account here, and can't order on apple.com, I just get sent to the store, and can't even see it on ATTs page... 😡

for those of you who can get the iphone whats the URL to it? maybe we can use that...
not the att.com/iphone,

but the link to the 32gb black one in the cart...
 
i knew this was going to happen with the FAN. 😡 I haven't actually tried to pre-order because every site is down. I guess I'm going to end up physically going into the ATT store to pre-order. Boo.
 
This is NOT true. While I do not see the iPhone 4 as an option on the ATT Premier site, the Apple site accurately found my information at ATT, asked me to select a Text plan then failed with a session timeout when I clicked on 'Add To Cart'.

Im trying to order from the AT&T site directly, I want to pick my preorder up at an att store (im on vacation when it releases)
 
Is FAN a generic term for corporate discounts?

I have a Daimler discount and ordered ours this morning no problem. It says "Daimler Premier Customer" in the upper right when I log in.
 
Are the people that are having trouble spoda get some kind of equipment discount?

My FAN is only on service. Maybe thats why I didnt have a problem
 
so this att salesgirl is lying when she said i have to "come into the store" because I have a FAN? argh...

but when i was able to get on the Apple site it did not work. it was just clocking and then timed out. now the site is down so...

i'll try again later when i get into work but if all else fails i'm going to the store to make sure nothing gets screwed up. i have a 28% FAN I don't wanna loose, especially since I don't work there anymore 😉
