I'm not the primary account holder, so I don't know the password for the online account. But I do know my mom's (the primary account holder) SS#. Will I be able to order it over the phone?

Call your mom AND ASK HER if you can, but the funny thing, is that you already know the password...

My mom knows I'm ordering it. She just won't give me the password to her account because it's the same password she used for everything else she has online. She isn't able to change it right now because she's too busy at work. Bleh!

Tell your mom that it's a really bad idea to use the same password everywhere. Learned that the hard way.
