It's very sad that a 13 year old would shoot his parents. He seemed to know that what he did was wrong, by trying to hard to dispose of the bodies. I'm surprised that the 18 year old wasn't more helpful. A positive sign on the part of the Russian legal system. They have sent him for psychiatric evaluation and don't think there will be prosecution due to him being a minor. It will be interesting to see how they dispose of this case.
What I want to know is why he paused to reload. If it was a double barrel, why didn't he use one barrel for each parent?
In all seriousness, though, this is very sad. Yet another story where the gun should have been locked up. (See other thread for the whole gun lock/gun safe stuff.)
