File Sharing between Windows 7 Starter and Mac os x (10.5.8))

Hey everyone!

I've tried looking around on how to file share between the 2 for a while now and i cant find anything thats basic from step 1.
Can someone please help and tell (or show) me how to connect the 2 - because i don't really want to be using my usb back and fourth.
