I need a travel case for my 27", for car use... Not flying it anywhere. I see the ilugger and Bigsoso come up the most while searching online. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with using travel cases?

Thanks!!!!

Why don't you use the original box of your iMac?

If it was just once in a while, I would probably use the box. However, if I was traveling often by car, I would get an iLugger case.

Personally have an older one for the iMac 17 inch (and 20 inch) and like it very much.

It's easy to load the iMac, plus accessories. Relative easy to carry.

I have been and it's really starting to get beat up... Between project sessions at the store and going home to see family it travels quite a bit!

Duct tape! Duct tape solves everything.

True.

But it looks a bit tacky when the box is completely covered with duct tape. :p :D

I was looking at the iLugger but its freaking $270 and backordered for 2 months. The Bigsoso looks similar and only costs $160.

There is another option with (http://wheelsaway.com/) It costs $230

And finally there is the Timbag. (http://www.timbag.net/timbagforimac.php)
