I decided to get one of those sale refurbed IPod 5G Nanos to take some on the spot videos. I ordered it on the 18th, got a shipping notice on Saturday that it will be here on Thurs the 24th. So I'm getting my coffee this morning and the doorbell rings... it's here now!
My shipping order said it was coming from Shenzhen, and the tracking said it was on it's way for Thurs. I wish Ebay resellers could learn from Apple. :)
I wonder with the new IPhone on the way, Apple might want to get anyone else's orders out of the way, for that big rush.
Can't wait to shoot some quickie vids...

I'm curious, what shipping company/method did they use to ship it?

I thought Fed Ex is all that Apple uses.

I thought Fed Ex is all that Apple uses.
Ive had them use DHL, UPS, and Fedex...all for various things but all 3 carriers delivered for them. I guess it depends on where it is shipping from and your location?

Everything that I have ever gotten from Apple has come Fed Ex, so I thought...
Update: Well there maybe a reason it got here so fast, it wasn't "furbed" as in refurbed. The IPod syncs and all, but I can't see it! The screen is near black and I have to look at it under a bright light to see what is on the menu. I charged it, restarted it, and restored it, nothing. Called Apple, and they set up an appointment for me to go to an Apple Store and have them look at it.
Ah well. The rep thought that if they couldn't fix it on they spot, they would be give me a new one. We'll see.
First bad refurb product I've gotten... :(

I ordered my 4G refurb Nano a few weeks ago, and it shipped within a few days. I think it was four. It certainly was less than what DHL estimated (2 weeks what).
