3G and iOS4.....no multitasking, home wallpaper and lock rotate

title says it all.

upgraded to iOS4 and no multitasking, home wallpaper options or rotate lockscreen info.

what i do have is a unified inbox and reflective dock...

anyone else have this problem or know how to fix?

Really???? This has only been talk about in these forums a million times. The 3G is not getting those features.
 
With a redsn0w jailbreak which takes about 5 minutes, you will find that the 3G works just fine with both of those features. I actually find it pretty laughable that multitasking works with the 3G, it just proves the fact that Apple is pushing sales of the iPhone 4. Looks like I saved myself some money.

ok "it works" but it doesn't "function".
you can have multitasking but the OS is so freakingly slow that most heavy apps crash even if you have no other apps "backgrounded".

e.g. Navigon or Tomtom just crash all the time.

I can't speak for a demanding application such as those but I had the background dock filled, applications included, pandora playing music, mail, and the CNN application.
