I called the apple support today. I asked how do I get PDFs into iBooks on my I touch.
Apple Support: how did u get I books on to your I touch
Me: I upgraded my ios to 4
Apple support: there is no such thing. Did u jail break your I touch.
Me: no. Ios4 came out just a few hours ago. I just plugged in my touch and upgraded to ios 4
Apple support: well u shouldn't have I books on ur itouch and u shoulnt be jail breaking ur I touch.
Then I hanged up the phone.

I believe it, i talked to those people on the Apple website chat. They were clueless about anyone other than Apple Retail Stores even selling iPhone 4s, so i played along and let them go. Just can't believe how uninformed people are sometimes.
