iPod 2nd Gen stuck on Restoring iPod software.

Ive got an ipod 2g and i tried to do a clean restore of the new iOS4
but it keeps stopping at the "Restore iPod software" progress bar.

Tried it for more than 5 times already, seems to stuck at around 90% (progress bar) ive tried restoring 3.13, 3,12 but its still the same, stucked at 90%

Any ideas?

Google iphone dfu and try that. :D

yeah, tried the DFU restore and its still stuck at the end, not completing.

I called mac support yesterday and they said it's having difficulty completing because of the release of the 4.0 yesterday. i guess there's too much on their server to handle or something...same thing's been happening to me, i've been trying to restore with 3.1.2.
