Hey guys, I have an issue that has been going on for a few days. My ock is on auto-hide and when it hides, it leaves a few pixels. Some times there are a lot of them, sometimes there are only a few. See attached picture.

I don't know what's causing them, but it's bugging me.

Thanks for your help.

not convinced it's the screen, might be a videocard problem. does this happen with another window open or like on a full screen movie?

Well no not with movies... what to you mean by another window open. I'll make a ScreenFlow..

hmm... yah that behavior seems to be non monitor related, it all seems kinda random. Have you done all the updates?

Stuck pixels usually don't change, they can either be stuck red, green, blue, white(all off) or (black all on) and they don't usually change positions.

seems to me like a video card problem.

if there are no other suggestions, I'd like to see if a clean re-install of SL would do the trick, do a timemachine backup first of course.

About reinstalling SL: I've been thinking about that myself lately, my Mac's been freezing up, "beachballing", too much. :(
