an app to see what uses battery the most?

On Android in the settings it tells them what is using the battery (screen, stand-by, etc.). Are there any apps in the App Store that do the same thing?
 
Kind of. There’s Battery Buddy and a bunch of others that tell you how long your battery will last for 3G, EDGE, Wifi, Calls, etc.
