Well, I had looked on here a few months back for a solution to the image burned into my screen. Had several members give me ideas and the worked at first. But as time went by it was getting worse. I took it to the local Apple store and of course I could not reproduce the image on a cold machine. They kept it for about a week and a half and when they called me to come get it, to my surprise they upgraded it to a 27 in. iMac. Now that was really nice. I love good costumer service.

Yeah man, costumer service can be great. I remember one time I had to dress up as Joseph Stalin for a fundraiser, and my costumer whipped up some duds in no time.
