What IF they quietly go and fix the antenna reception problem in the later batches? will they swap with anyone who has a bad antenna? what's the practice here?

IF antenna issue's fixed, will they do exchange?

Maybe. I wouldn't think they would publicly announce it if they did, since Jobs already said it was a non issue. However, if they do quietly fix it, you might have some luck at the genius bar. I had reception issues with my 3G and I took it to the genius bar and they did a swap. All I had to do was show them proof that I actually did have an issue, and they were happy to swap it with a replacement.
