Yes, I know it is an iPhone case, thank you.

I have several in different colors that I got on Ebay dirt cheap, shipped from Hong Kong. I think I paid less than $10 for 6 of them in a rainbow of colors. I kept 3 and gave 3 away.


All I want is 1 similar case for my iPad. ONE!

Why?

Because the bottom slides off allowing me to dock the device without removing the top half. I like that!

And because it's hard plastic which will prevent dents in the soft aluminum backing. This is the MAIN reason I want it. I already have a neoprene case but it's not protective like this would be. I am hoping I can use both at the same time, actually.

Has anyone seen anything like this for the iPad?

I've been searching for weeks online.

At this point I don't even care if it's cheap or not. I'll pay top dollar!

I hate slide cases all they do is scratch your device..

I decided to purchase the CandyShell case, in batwing black, from Speck Products.

It's a hefty $49.95 but I was able to Google a coupon code that reduced the price by 25%!!!

The more than covered the shipping. Final price for ground delivery in the US is $45.21.
