Buying iPhone 4, selling and then getting iPhone 4

I have an idea that I think might work..my whole family is allowed to buy iPhone 4 16gb for 400. So I would buy the iPhone 4 for 400, sell it on ebay for a cool 800, then buy the iphone 4 again for 400. Would this work or are there some holes again?

well for starters. have you thought about buying bumpers and reselling them on the street?

also, you will also get a contract renew and have to keep the other phones you cold have sold and kept your fancy new iPhone 4. IMO its not worth it probably, lots of hassle and uncertainty in selling **** online.

damn..it worked when the 3gs was in stock but oh well. guess they really made this an airtight deal.
