Is there an app that will automatically upload pictures to a folder on my computer like an Eye-Fi card does? I know Eye-Fi has an app, but it doesn't even work on iOS 4.0.

No, Dropbox allows you to choose an existing photo or video to put in your folder. I just started using it though, maybe it was a recent addition. Free 2GB account is nice.
