Alright, so a few months ago I ran a streaming webcam at my college. After just a couple of hours (thanks to some FB integration), it went viral and people started to interact with it.
What I would like to do is use an application to analyze the video and automatically "crop" or slice the parts that have motion. Ideally, I'd also be able to tell it to get 3 seconds of extra time before and after the motion.
Essentially, this would be something like what Periscope and other security programs do in real time, but after the fact.
