I think the point of Commenter's post was that you can find the retail stores on apple.com. Here's a more specific link:

City goes in the top right. Looks like the closest retail store is near New Orleans--quite a drive from Pensacola (3+ hours).

As for your configuration, I doubt the retails stores would have it--they seem to stock the base i7 configuration (4gb ram, 1tb disk) as I posted a similar question yesterday and was at my local Apple retails store last night buying an i7. The rep said they only stock the base i7 without ram/HD upgrades.
