iPhone4 videos sometimes rotated

Noticed about 50% of the time on my iPhone 4 that the video is rotated the wrong way, despite appearing to be shot correctly on the screen. Wonder if this means something is broken with the gyroscope 🙁

Very annoying having to rotate video on my mac to fix it!
 
I've noticed this with images when uploading to my PC

They look fine on the phone, but when putting on the pc they are rotated 90 degrees to the left.
 
Have you been taking shots with the front facing camera, those taken by the front facing camera come out flipped, the ones with the rear camera come out like regular pictures. Atleast that's what happened with my phone.
