iAds should be cached on the iphone and added / updated from iTunes. alot iADS 100mb worth of space and apple just solved the problem.

Since there is more data unlimited iPhone plans, and it's obvious iads uses data.

BTW It's not apples fault your using the free version, they are not forcing you to use the app. If you have a issue with it buy the paid for-ad-free version that is available for 90% of the apps. If one is not submit a request to the developer.

There won't be any more ads than there were before. iAds will simply replace ads that are already there...ads that were already using your data.

Honestly, I don't see how iAds wasting data quota is any different from any other ad service you find in apps or the Internet wasting data quota.

Safari uses data and we don't even have the option to remove it. Why would a lawsuit even be considered for something we choose to download and install?

This.

Plus, no one is forcing you to use the apps that have iAds included. If you don't want them unnecessarily using data, don't use them. Done.

I actually like iAds and iDont care if I go over my data quota!

It's not a big deal.

-Sent from my iPhone 4 with unlimited data plan.

Your issue is not with apple and their iAds, it is with AT&T's capped data plans. Apple isn't capping your or forcing you to use apps that have iAds or use data.

This doesn't stop it from showing you ads, just personalized ads.

If they are going to show me adds, I'd rather them be personalized. At least then I can look at something that somewhat interest me. I can make the choice to then go into the add or just ignore it.

Comes a point where you realize that there is a large number of people who just shouldn't buy an iPhone.

Yeah no kidding right? It reminds of the people who buy macbooks, just to look cool and check facebook, and then get mad when they don't know how to do anything...

There are ads on websites you visit on your computer...do you wan to sue the "Internet?"

Come on people get real... Apple didn't put ads on the iPhone, they were already there. All the are doing is making them look GOOD. They are not forcing people to use iADs to advertise on the iPhone, it will just provide the best experience for mobile advertising.
