As the title of this reply states, I too, am having this issue in Frodo 4.4.0
Got EE presumably working, though the program does not recognize EE even being installed.
Frodo itself does not include (in this version) an option to configure keys.
Hopefully someone who has resolved this issue will help. Eventually.
