Installing Adobe Illustrator CS on my new iMac G5

I am having problems with Adobe Illustrator CS on my iMac G5. I perform the install and everything seems to go ok. But when I load the program up I have no toolbar, no filters, no swatches and it doesnt even give me a print option.
Anyone had this problem before?

Tried to open the "View" menu and select the toolbars you want?

If that doesn't work, repair permissions.

I deleted the AI preferences and then I deleted the plug ins cache. Loaded Illustrator CS back up and everything now seems to be working correctly.
