Water under Best Skin Ever

I applied my BSE to the back of my iphone 4 a couple hours ago. There is still water under the skin, will this eventually dry/evaporate? Or did I fail to squeegee it enough?
 
It'll have small microbubbles for a day or so then evaporate out. If they don't, then you should have squeegeed better =/
