World Book Crashing

I have World Book 2003 and I wanted to use it today. Well guess what, it started crashing on startup. I tried deleting the preferences and it would still crash. Can anyone please explain this? :confused:

If you're using Panther now, but your computer came with a pre-Panther version of Mac OS X and you have not installed the World Book Panther Update, then that is probably the cause of your problems. You can get it here (http://www.mackiev.com/support.html#) (top left box).
