Just a weird thing if you go to newton.com it takes you to the apple store.

I gave it a try also, it didn't take me directly to apple.com. Got the Google: Sorry, no information is available for the URL newton.com
If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page by clicking on the following link: newton.com
Find web pages that contain the term "newton.com" Then I clicked on the link: which took me to apple.com. That is very cool. My wife owned one of those.

yea, apple maintains the name.
which makes sense...b/c with the popularity of the newton there's always the chance someone will try to clone it or otherwise steal the name. and as much as apple runs from the newton, it is a part of thier history they wish to maintain and protect.

That's because you typed "newton.com" into the Google search field instead of the address field. Typing "newton.com" into the address field takes you straight to apple.com.

Long live the Newton! 😎
 
I had an emate

There is a pic below. I left it my house when I moved. 🙁 I have always regretted it.

eBay's your best bet, hands down. But why the 130? Go with the 2100, there's no comparison.

I have a couple of 2100s, but we have an application that runs on the 130. The "guys" are used to the 130. And the connector arrangement is better on the 130 for how we use it.
The 2100 is a fantastic "PDA".
