Hi guys,
My keyboard is all whacked out. I can't type the number "eight" and when I press the left arrow it turns on my capslock. I've tried resetting the keyboard back to default but that doesn't work.
I am not really sure what the solution is, has anybody else had this problem?

What exact MacBook and exact Mac OS X version do you have?

Do you have an external keyboard at hand? Do you still have warranty or Apple Care?

What are your international settings on?

Model Identifier: MacBook4,1 and the OS is 10.5.Eight
I could use an external to solve the problem but it won't always be convenient. The Macbook is over 2 years old so I dont think its under warranty.

I do not see a language and text setting. All my stuff should be North America/United States and set in English

Does your keyboard have chips in the keyboard? If so, get the keyboard replaced at the Apple store, providing you haven't had a liquid spill to the keyboard.
