If and when I decided to upgrade my iPod...can i sell mine on say Ebay full of mp3s as an increased incentive ?

I seriously doubt that would increase anyones incentive much, strictly because as soon as they plug it into their own machine it will erase your list and put theirs on it. And it is probably illegal. I just sold my 2nd gen 5GB iPod for 147 big ones on eBay, so the demand is still there.
