Blizzard released the completed cinematic intro to world of warcraft. You can download the blizzard downloader at www.worldofwarcraft. It's a bit torrent esque app.
HOLY !@$%#@ that looks good!

I just saw the trailer through Apple's games pages--it's featured on QuickTime. It was impressive. If the game looked like that, I have no doubt that most everyone would buy it.

Heh, the trailers since Diablo 2 have gotten exponentially better. I dunno, but in-game--if it looked like that? It would require 9800Pro minimum. My best bet is that its closer to Warcraft3 kind of detail (which is easily run on 9600's and lower).

The trailer is awesome! Why doesn't Blizzard make a full-length Warcraft movie? Their cinematics in Diablo 2, Warcraft 3, and now World of Warcraft not only look great, they have interesting storylines. Even if they made the movie direct to DVD, I would think they could easily make up for the costs, especially considering the increase in people that would sign up for World of Warcraft.

Full-length movies are hard to pull off...I mean, look at that Final Fantasy Movie. Yes, it had nothing to do with the storylines of FF1-7, but yeah, it was freakin' beautiful.

I saw it a few hours ago and its really good.
WoW is not like that "in" game, no game is. WoW has a cartoony feel to it which i like much better then eq2 or L2.

I completely agree. Even though i'm better @ AoM i like the "cartoony feel" of WC.

That intro movie was awesome. I too had the thought that Blizzard should make a full-length movie depicting the story lines of Warcraft I - III and possibly WoW also; I would buy it.

I was so impressed by that trailer that now I want to try this game! I have always loved Blizzard releases in the past, but have not really played this type of game...

The intro is beautiful i saw it and my jaw dropped. it is so amazing. my guess is the troll annd gnome had problems with their cinematic models so blizzard had to cut them due to time constraints. still the best blizzard cinematic ever. :)
