I just downloaded the console version of Folding@Home (I had been using the graphical version).

I have installed the GeekTool program which can embed changing text into the desktop. Could someone tell me how to get GeekTool to embed the output I am seeing in the F@H terminal window onto the destop? Also, if I do this, I don't want the terminal window for F@H in the dock. How can I get rid of it?

you want to set it up as a cron job, using the terminal.

There are very good directions out and about, that can walk you through it very easy. Or you could download Team MacOSX's Increase, which can automatically set up the cron job for you and help you to control the CLI client. Float on over to Team MacOSX's website here. (http://teammacosx.com)

If you use InCrease and still want to fold for MacRumors, please override the team number.
