How do I create a flowchart in word x?

I want to create a flowchart with multiple text boxes in word x. They need to be connected with arrows. I can draw arrows and boxes but if I edit the boxes or move them they freak out and start overlapping each other. Any ideas on how to create multiple, editable, connected text boxes would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you can do that in Word, but Powerpoint has tools that allow you to do that (at least in v. 2004)
