Note to self: be nice to cabbies in West Palm Beach, Florida.
A taxi driver killed a drunken passenger when the man refused to get out of his cab, police said...

...Robert Lee Smiley Jr. was charged with first-degree murder and was being held without bail Monday...

...Smiley, 56, yelled that he needed to make money and couldn't drive Morningstar around all night, one witness told police. According to the report, she said Smiley demanded: "Do you want me to kill you? Do you want to die?"

hopefully removing that piece will actually help make it more stable
 
What an idiot, hopefully this guy worked for a large cab company -- so the family can sue the shooter and the cab company into the ground.
 
He will certainly have plenty of time to think about he has done. If the stun gun didn't work he should have called the police. 😱
 
yeah if he called the police he could hav probably later made a claim for money against the drunk for loss due to inability to work or something
