iTunes: How to convert id3 tags-> filename

I've got some mp3s that i've renamed within itunes.
These files still is in /itunes/unknown album/
and the filenames are 01, 02, 03, 04, etc..
Within iTunes these files has Song Name, Artist and Album name, how can I get iTunes to write new name to the files?
