Is there a "lock out" period from returning an iPhone 4 until you can get a new one?

Meaning, somebody who recently returned their black iPhone 4 because the announcement of the white one.

Is there a lock out period? Can you re-order right away, @ the same price?

I was wondering the same thing... more specifically since this is my first contract with at&T if i returned my phone does that mean it terminates my contract? or can i use a cheap phone until i can order a white iphone....?
 
I returned my iPhone 4 2 weeks ago and it still says my upgrade date is 11/24/2011! At least in my case, it's not 3 days. I need to call AT$T I guess.

Exactly. You NEED to call AT&T within 4-5 days of the day that you returned the iPhone 4. Otherwise, they're not going to pull the contract and refund you your money.

I did speak with AT&T and I was refunded my money within 3-4 days. But they have still not changed my date. Lose your attitude please.
