Hi there

Is there a way to reset a G2 drive back to it's factory defaults, such like erasing all data?

My drive is a year old now, and doesn't provide the full speeds any more. Sequential read/write speeds are approximately 15-20% less and random access is noticeably slower as well.

My drive has the most current firmware and is used as a single drive, no RAID.

I don't know too much about SSDs but erasing free space (--> Disk Utility) might help.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
