"You need to turn off your computer."

Hello all.

I have just closed down CrossOver Games. And i got the following message:

"You need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button for several seconds or ..."

I can see it is something called a Kernel Panic. Is it something i should worry about? I am a first time mac user, and have not changed anything on it.

A one off kernel panic is not something to get worried about. I would only start to worry if it is a recurring problem.
