Bumpers are all "Unavailable"?

I was just at Apple's web site and saw that all the sudden all bumpers are showing "currently unavailable"... Something probably is going to happen pretty soon!

Bumpers are free for every iPhone 4 customer! This is the reason. Next week we can order it.

Otherwise everyone would rush out and buy them and then ask for a refund later. Presumably they're doing this to make it 'fair'.
