Help a newbie with rapidweaver - Contact form not working?

Ok i haven't published my site yet but when i open the index.html file in safari and click on the contact form it shows the php file, not the contact form. know how to fix that? i have never made a website and rapidweaver was supposed to make it easy

i guess that solved my problem. like i said, i've never designed a site before so im still learning. Thanks for the help
