Help with iphoto

I am so frustrated. I loaded pictures and videos to iphoto. I can't get the videos to imovie. Can anyone help me with this. I know I have done it before but now I don't remember how I did it. Some of the videos are sideways that is why I really want to send them to imovie because you can't rotate them in iphoto. Thanks so much. I really hope someone can help me soon. I would love to do this tonite.
 
Have not used iMovie, so can't answer that. But -- you can use a little app called TransformMovie to rotate your movies. works well.
