High Capacity 3G iPod batteries?

I know that there are high capacity 1G/2G iPod batteries, but my 3G battery is dead, and if I have to replace the battery, I'd rather go with something high capacity. Let me know!

Nope, A Froogle search has nothing... only externals.

My First Generation iPod is still going strong, though. How did yours die?
