I'm not an ABC News viewer but I ended up downloading and installing the App. I have to say they have out done themselves on this App. It's just neat and fun to use. iTunes Link

Has anyone else given it a try and what do you think? The Globe selection/view is just a great way to present Articles.

It's an interesting and neat way but FAR from efficient if you ask me. I haven't fully explored yet as I downloaded it while streaming video on Hulu and had a slow connection but at first glance it seemed like a solid app overall. Glad to see that the globe view isn't the only view available. :)

For some reason this app reminds me of "The Day Today". Where's Alan Partridge when you need him? (UK viewers will understand).

Kudos to ABC for doing something different. Gimmicky- yes but it is quite functional.

Why don't we have any CBS/CBS News or NBC/NBC News apps?

ABC News is my favorite iPhone 'video news' app. But, I don't like this new iPad app. I wish they'd lose the globe.
