Anyone tried the Surf Slider from Gumdrop?

I'm interested in the 'clear' slider case from Gumdrop but I can't seem to find any threads or reviews on the product, and it's pretty steep @ 34.95 to order it blindly...

EDIT: I'm a dumbass...just noticed on the bottom of the page it says available JULY. lol
 
I think it's to protect the case from the sliding/rubbing in and out. It's probably lined or rubbery or something.
