I've been reading here for months about how the Air can do some things, can barely do some things but not well, and can't do other things.
"Faster SSD" sounds good in the abstract. But would one even notice?
For example, would this prevent video from turning into "a slide show"?
If I have 7,000 photos in iLife, will I be able to flip through them faster and assemble a slide lecture faster? Would "faster" mean that the new Aperture becomes usable? (I guess the next time my camera dies, I'll get one that can transfer pix in raw form. And the megapixels will be over 10 next time.)
