Is there any reason you can't get any PC3200 if the specs (CL, Voltage, etc...) match up to Apple's requirement? Or is there some strict requirements that are not told that make the RAM more expensive?

Anyone tried?

Apple just over charges. You can get some PC 3200 RAM from http://www.crucial.com Pick manufacture and then the computer that you have, then it shows you what types of RAM works with that computer.
