I think it is possible. Listening to too much music can fatigue the brain as it interperets what it is hearing. I have actually heard of studies that show that digital music is about 100 times as fatiguing to the brain as records on vinyl, as there is so much more information for the brain to sort through.

As a phyical issue, you can't tire the ears themselves out by listening to too much music, but definitely to music that's too loud, as with any other sound that's too loud.

Hmm, looking at this from a different perspective, I think you can also listen to certain songs too much. I find that you can sometimes like certain songs or a certain group but after you listened to it too much you get sort of bored with it. Sometimes it helps to just not listen to these songs or that group for a while, and when you then listen to it again you can find a re-appreciation for it. But it can also happen that you'll never really like it that much anymore.
