iMac 21.5 Slow

my imac 21.5 is running slower then it should, i have recently did a clean install of it, then i went into disk utility and fixed permissions, then i installed CLEANMYMAC program and cleaned it out, but still i go to best buy and play with there imacs 21.5 and when i click on itunes or internet browser it comes up split second, but when i do it to mine it take s about 3-5 seconds, i kno its not a big deal but still would like to et the most out of my mac, since its supposed to be such a powerful machine, can anyone give me any suggestions on what i should do to make it run faster? thanks again

They might have a faster processor than your 21.5" model.

I always thought those "demo" Macs were tweaked. I've never gotten my Macs to load/run as fast as they do in the store.
