Lol seriously. It's an old blueberry G3 with keyboard and mouse. I can't complain for the money. I'm using it on the Internet right now!

I was going to ask, since it has a fresh copy of 10.4 already on it is there any problem with running 10.5 on it? If it worked is there a likely speed difference between them on this old processor and the 256mb ram?

I run an aluminum 20" and the lady runs a white 17" G5 so we just got this on to mess around with since It was $9.....lol.

Leopard needs a G4 with 867MHz at the minimum, but some people could get Leopard installed on Macs similar to yours.

Ahhhhh I see. Well it runs surprisingly well on 10.4 and it's obviously just a toy so I suppose it will do just fine. I need to go see what ram it takes. I might decide to put some in and use this in the garage when working.

Ah, that brings back memories. A friend of mine had the same color you had. I wanted one so bad. We used to sit around and record music with Cakewalk. We could only run like two reverbs and then would have to bounce the audio down. Times have changed. :D

Yeah just stick with 10.4. Looks to be in good condition (how's the hard drive sound?). Nice find.

It doesn't sound at all. :) The unit is not faded nor making ANY noise while running. I think it's an excellent example of an older iMac. I figured anything that runs OS X is worth $9. :)
